Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your program at Mester 15 days prior to the beginning of the course, 100% of the payment will be refunded, except the 100 euros deposit. After this date, the official price for one week of course and accommodation will be charged and the rest will be refunded. Once your course has started, there will be no refund. Every cancellation will be written by email, letter or fax.

In case we are required to issue an invitation letter or a any official document concerning the obtaining of a study VISA for non-European students, fees will not be refunded unless the student is denied the VISA. Being that the case, the student must send us the original certificate of studies and the Spanish Embassy’s denial letter so we can complete the refund except 100 euros, that will be withheld as administrative expenses.

Any registration which hasn’t been confirmed/paid two weeks before the beginning of the course will be cancelled.

Provision of services

Mester and all its employees are committed to actively support students before, during and after their programme. Once the student completes the registration process, our different Departments will start working on the arrangements for the different services included in the programme. We will be in contact with the student at all times, not only to provide them with all the details derived from the organisation of their programme, but also to offer them complete assistance on anything they may need regarding their stay at Mester. Such assistance will be normally provided via mail, though we are also available on our official phone number.
