Stay in an International Student Flat in Spain, available in Salamanca
Student apartments are typical family dwellings, each with several bedrooms, a kitchen (fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine and refrigerator) and shared bathrooms.
They are shared by students of all nationalities. This arrangement can enrich the international aspects of the stay. Please note, however, that you do run the risk of not communicating in Spanish with your flatmates.

This is an inexpensive accommodation choice, so don’t expect many luxuries. They are furnished in a basic style and do not have a telephone or a television set.
The ‘community rules’ of sharing a flat include an agreement that you will also be responsible for certain things: e. g. contributing towards the cleaning of the flat, cooking your own food and always remembering to respect your flatmates and neighbours.
You can choose either a double or individual room.
We will provide you with sheets and blankets upon your arrival at the school. We charge a small deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay when you return the bedding. The price of the accommodation includes electricity, gas, water, and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas (kitchen, bathroom and hallways).
This type of accommodation is only available to students over eighteen years of age.
