Seville was Spain´s gateway to the New World and it has frequently been the stage of world exhibitions, therefore it retains a really cosmopolitan atmosphere.
You can really feel the essence of the Andalusian character in the cafes and tapas bars and during the fiestas and the bustling social life of the city.The monuments reflect the passing of time and the variety of cultures which have shaped Seville´s striking personality.
The city is known for its distinctive districts: El Arenal, Santa Cruz, La Macarena and Triana. Seville is home to the second most important art museum in Spain, the fine art museum and one of the most significant Hispanic monuments, La Torre del Oro. The old Jewish quarter of Santa Cruz is a maze of narrow streets and courtyards full of light and the scent of the flowers hanging from the surrounding balconies. Here you will find the most important monuments of the city: the Gothic cathedral with its tower La Giralda, the Reales Alcazares, El Archivo de Indias and La Casa de Pilatos.The Northern district, La Macarena, is a multicoloured mixture of churches, convents, bars and restaurants. On the other side of the river Guadalquivir you will find Triana with it´s cobbled streets and traditional colourful pottery shops. A popular way to spend the afternoon in Sevilla is to watch the bullfighting in la Maestranza and really feel the passion of local culture. In contrast, the industrial area of El Arenal is interesting as a historic centre for shipbuilding.

The Mester school in Seville is a three storey andalusian building with a total area of 1200 m2, situated in the city centre and the old town, encompassed by shops and typical restaurants. It is well equipated with 16 classrooms, a library, computer room, meeting room, 3 offices, assembly halls and common rooms for all studying and meetings, all of which are air conditioned.The maximum number of students is 160 in the summer months and 80 in the winter.This means that we can offer you a great deal of personal attention, so that any problems can be dealt with as they arise, to ensure optimum progress and satisfaction on your part.
