Granada
The city of Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, surrounded by a fertile lowland and is steeped in heritage from it´s Arab ancestry. It is a city of great contrasts, with the magnificent fountains, halls and gardens of the Alhambra Palace, to the beautiful white houses of the El Albayzin where the poorer Arabs lived.
The tranquil ambiance of Granada is reflected by the beautiful fountains that you meet at every corner, the greenness of the cypress trees and the stillness of the striking architecture. The peaceful old town looks down upon the vibrant districts of the modern city, blending seamlessly the old and new. Granada is epitomised by it´s narrow streets, the vibrant plazas, the welcoming inhabitants and the buzzing atmospheres of the neighbourhoods, each of which has it´s own distinct personality.
Granada is a city of the senses with the sound of the guitars, the passion of flamenco, the movements of the rivers and striking landscapes. It is renown for being a centre of artistic culture, with music, dancing and festivals throughout the year. Granada also offers a multitude of views with snow, beaches, rural countryside, unspoilt natural views and of course sun. Just a few kilometres from the city you will find some of the best ski resorts in Spain hidden within the natural park of the Sierra Nevada.Yet in less than one hour you can reach the Mediterranean Sea with it´s beautiful beaches and a tropical climate.
All of this combines to make Granada a magical and special place; a city with a strong and vibrant history yet always looking to the future.
The Mester school in Granada consists in two new three storey buildings with a total area of 800 m2. Situated in the heart of the city and next to the old town, it is surrounded by shops.The buildings are well endoured with 12 classrooms, a library, computer room, meeting room, two offices, assembly halls and common rooms for study and meetings, all of which are air conditioned.The maximum number of students is 120 in the summer months and 80 during the winter.This means that we can offer you a great deal of personal attention, so that any problems can be dealt with as they arise, to ensure optimum progress and satisfaction on your part.
