About Mester

Mester provides support to you before, during, and after your study abroad program.

Our advisors can help you find the program that best fits your academic, professional or personal needs and goals.
While abroad, you enjoy the help and guidance of Mester’s staff members. They are totally committed to helping you really live the Spanish language. It’s obvious that this cannot be done simply from behind a desk in a classroom, so we make sure they have a hand ourselves in all the goings on and activities.

They are young, dynamic, motivated and their wide-ranging and solid experience makes them experts when it comes to teaching Spanish to foreigners. They are rigorously trained to ensure the well-being of you and are dedicated to facilitating a positive and meaningful study abroad experience.

They also provide students with tutoring at no additional cost and conversation sessions with Spanish students.This service is arranged by the Director of Studies.

The Mester staff is available on a regular basis from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 8 pm.
At the Mester schools, you have free access to computers, Internet, wi-fi, a gym (in Salamanca school), a language lab quipped with academic and multimedia resources, and a library where you can study and use our collection of specialized Spanish books and dictionaries. Books may also be borrowed during the week.

The schools provide you with a sense of security while abroad, while serving as a common meeting place and resource center.

Our programs are designed to give you the chance to learn Spanish and at the same time experience life in the most attractive cities in Spain. We want your study abroad experience to be unforgettable, so we place as much emphasis on culture as we do on language.We find that this helps you approach the course itself in a more positive way. Furthermore, we are always at your side to answer questions and to help resolve potential problems. Our philosophy is without a doubt to watch out for your well being at all times.

After the end of the program, you are welcome to contact Mester over transferring credits (US students), insurance claims, and alumni relations.
